Weekly appointments with Kim. Appointments can be via phone or zoom.
Meetings are each week for either one hour, 30 minutes, or 15 minutes. We will go over your progress and any problem areas you’ve had over the week. At the end of each session you will walk away with an actionable plan to make improvements to your habits.
