When I designed the principals of my nutrition method I did so with my daughters in mind. Our daughters will look at their bodies, food, and health the way we do.
If we are habitual emotional eaters, our kids will learn to deal with tough emotions the same way.
If we're constantly calling ourselves fat and counting calories, our girls will learn to be critical of their own bodies, even if we tell them they are perfect everyday.
How do you want your mini me to eat? How do you want her to love her body? Once you have the answers to these questions, live by them yourself everyday.
