We are all so busy with work demands, to-do lists, overflowing email inboxes, jobs, parental responsibilities, day to day tasks and there you are, listening to me, watching me, and supporting me. It is my turn to show gratitude. It’s really a big deal and sometimes, most times, you don’t get a personal THANK YOU. SO, here is mine to all of you!

I wanted to offer a heartfelt THANK YOU to those who stop and read, watch, listen on social media, and to my clients who join me on zoom. I really appreciate you.

With all of challenges of the last few years for all of us, we still start and end our day utilizing our phones, computers, and iPad, I know I do. I make videos, share testimonials and look forward to your feedback. It fills my bucket.

I am always going to be reminding you to do for You and give Yourself a pat on the back. (Eat when you are hungry, Eat what you love, Eat without distraction, Get your 10,000 steps, Drink 8 glasses of water, and Sleep 7 hours.) This last week of 2022, I hope you will look back and decide what you want to do better and how you can be stronger in 2023. I encourage to keep on your journey for wellness and sustainability and cut yourself some slack. You earned it.

Continue to join me on your journey, I have many new things happening in 2023 and am excited for you to watch as they happen real time. I will be cognizant of my six simple rules much more than I have been and teach you all the ways to apply them in your day to day.
