As a registered dietitian, I have certain opinions about 75-hard. It's not that I don't believe it can be beneficial (most of the time, it is), but my concern is: what happens after day 75?

  • Do you go back to your old habits?
  • Do you experience rebound weight gain?
  • Or maybe the habits weren't sustainable to begin with, and you couldn't stick with the 75 days?
